What should I do with my oyster mushrooms? (vegan)

Last time I made fungi marinati which is a basically just itallian style marinated mushrooms in a homemade herb vinagrette like sauce.

Id like to do something different with them before they go bad.

can vegans eat fungus?

i mean. if you eat only vegetables, then you can't eat mushrooms because they're not plants, they're from the fungi kingdom(not plantae).

following this logic you can't eat mushrooms or drink fermented beverages.

makes sense to you?

btw. fry them with butter and onions (margerine in your case?).

I was wondering if there are vegans who don't eat bread for the same reason.

But to believe that logic one would have have to be completely oblivious to their general consumption. There is bacteria EVERYWHERE. Glasses of water, plates of steamed broccoli and inside of bread & beer.

Mycotarianism? Is that possible? or am I really slow with the sarcasm here?
