No broken bones probably, at least no large ones, the elbow popped which probably tears ligaments... I've done it to people in grappling matches and it's nasty.  You gotta fucking tap I don't know what's wrong with people it's not like a choke you aren't just gonna wake up in a few seconds and be fine your arm is FUCKED now for a while.
