Heh you should have seen the nitrous mafia down in new orleans halloween weekend.  A guy they called Dr. Feel Good had two mini vans packed full of tanks.  Its obviously not hard to get a license to buy them and there are gas suppliers everywhere.

Yeah, or you get 5 for $20 kinda thing. But normally, if they're good sized balloons, expect to pay $5. Unless you know the tank guy, lol

$5 dollars is nothing I saw them charging $10 in the N.O. and kids were buying that shit up like crazy.  My friend was working for the tank guy he said when he was passing out everyone's tank he's like "Ok guys tonights ten dollars balloon night."  The price on balloons has skyrocketed and people still pay it.
