what to avoid:

don't drink and do shrooms near water.....some guy living near my village did that .......and went swimming, the police found him the next morning....

prefered way to ingest -- just eat em plain

most loved setting -- the beach

favorite trip toy -- my mind and a bonfire

best alternative smoke / herbal -- lots of weed!

what to avoid -- people who don't know what tripping is and those who find it really fun to try and fuck with you while your tripping.

definitly avoid water....hey paddohead that same thing happend to a guy in my neighborhood last summer....he was shroomin so hard that he drown in 3 feet of water.
