You seem to think that using mushrooms, acid, and weed is all good. However you cast stones at people who enjoy other substances such as opiates and alcohol. You look down on these people because they are not up to your self proclaimed "psychedelic standards". That is why you are called an elitist and I assure you that it is not used in a positive light.

I don't think you can judge all people based on what substances they use. I've known opiate and cocaine addicts who were stand up guys that would never steal from me (that I'd trust with my life) and on the other side of the coin psychedelic users who were thieving hippies. But that goes both ways. I've known thieving junkies and some very awesome psychedelic users. And you've got people who enjoy psychedelics and the substances that you deem "not up to psychedelic standards" and so on and so forth. Life is not as black and white as you may believe.
