Frenums damage less tissue and heal quicker.
They generally don't bleed near as much.

As to your cutting. Is that general cutting or on the genitals.
I can understand general cutting but genital cutting don't
sound like a lot of fun. During sex anyway.

A 4g is a huge needle. I pierced my neck and
my brothers neck with 4g needles for x-mas
a couple years ago.

It takes a good chunk of skin out. Every time
I have done that piercing on myself I have
gotten arrested within three days.

I finally gave up. It looked strange though.
One of my favorite piercings I have done
and have had.

That was the first piercing I got. Its pretty cool, I don't regret getting it. You WILL bite it a lot while eating, so make sure your first stud has an acrylic tip, otherwise you'll be chipping teeth left and right!

If I wanted to do the shaft, I'd just do it myself. That doesn't seem too hard. Grab a pinch of skin, sterilize, pierce.:shrug:
