It's what I've been saying all along...

The only real candidates were Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, and Mike Gravel.

The rest are bought-and-paid-for by corporations, bankers, pharmaceuticals, and the military-industrial complex.

You'll see change alright, 'cause that's all we'll have in our pockets once Obama's done.

Never vote for the ones that get the most airtime. It's certain they're completely corrupted already.

the democratic machine has been prepping him for 8 years to be there pretty face, fast talking, shister who can swing power to their side. He is nobody, but merely a puppet.  If positive changes do occur, don't think for a second it is him and his doing - its all marketing and hype.  Marjority of people believe the mainstream media, and Barack used this to his advantage. 

Barack Hussein Obama: Muslim raised, NOT American, Smoker, Former Drug abuser, Senator of Chicago which has one of the highest crime/murder rates, and THE HIGHEST TAX RATE IN THE US, and the man with alterior motives we will soon discover...  Democrats would vote for satan himself as long as he wasn't a white republican!

What ever happened to his "Muslim Faith" - those pesky things seem to stay out of mainstream media... and a smoker??? he makes himself out to be this countries savior and messiah - but he smokes?  What ever happened to the whole birth certificate thing - swept under the FUCKING RUG - dude wasn't even eligible for office. 

Not that smoking or past drug use is a BIG deal - but this guy has the potential to be an example for kids.  MY point is if he was republican, none of this would be swept under the carpet.

I am not racist, and have no problem with the half of Barack that is black.  The problem I have is the future of America is at stake.

Just the fact that you give a shit if he was Muslim raised (as opposed to Christian) is evidence of your prejudices, friend. If he was raised Jewish or something, and people kept saying "BUT HE'S MUSLIM RAWR!" there would be lawsuits and shit flying around and civil rights people up in arms.

Being that the majority of Americans are proud that this country "Trusts in God" and that nearly every politician is sworn in on a bible... That many of the Muslim faith have announced a Jihad agaisnt America...    If he is Muslim, I'd say that would be pretty damn important.  Certainly worthy of questions.

Of course, in reality not that many Muslims are terrorists, though the media certainly makes it seem that way.

So you're basically approving of religious prejudice? Just because the majority of this country is Christian conservative, and politicians are still sworn in on the Bible, doesn't mean that is constitutional. In fact its about as constitutional as the drug war.

I'm not approving of religious prejudice.  This should've been investigated better.  If only to put the naysayers to rest.  I think it's important to put to rest issues like this no matter if you like the guy or not.

I think it's possible to have a muslim do just as good a job as anyone, but I don't think religious background should be ignored.  Any religious person has a certain degree of "god first"  (or allah first).  I find it important to know just how far they may take it.  What a person deems as god's will is important when that person also represents the will of the people.

I think the whole issue was avoided to be politicaly correct.  Honestly, this is probably one of those "I told you so" issues that'll come up the first time he fucks up.  "It's because he's Muslim."

Bush regularly hangs out with Evangelists and people are hardly making as big a deal about it.  :shrug:

If he was hanging out with Imams, people would literally set his balls on fire.

The more Republican media definitely tried to set Obama on fire...he just didn't seem to light.
