My family is from St Joe, MI tho.

Although they (is in family from st joe) kinda have the chicago, wisconsin, minnisota accent more than i do.

I always thought of myself as having no accent. But I guess everyone has an accent. I'm from Iowa/Nebraska, so I sound pretty normal. Like newscasters on TV. Every once in awhile I might slip out something a little bit northern though, since I grew up on the border of Iowa/Minnesota and have relatives with the hardcore "donchaknow" northern midwest accents.

I've noticed Midwesterners tend to say "wuder" while east coasters say "watt-er." In the south it's "waw-dur"

I wouldn't say you have an accent. But that's just from my perspective growing up in Northern Va/DC area.. we don't really have accents here... that I can tell :shrug:

I say it like cray-noun, but without the n so cray-oun. People in the south seem to say crae-un.

Its strange cuz im not really midwestern, i don't have a touch of chic-AH-go accent, i just have ohio.  Its kinda like mainstream media, with a touch of red neck in it.
