de-odorized composted manure

At home depot they have two types of composted manure, regular and de-odorized. Anybody know what it is they do to neutralize odor? I was wondering if they used a chemical to break down the urine smell or let dry/cure a little longer. I know that with regular composted manure, if you let it sit in the sun for a few days the smell of urine is not a problem.

No, it's probably because no one who really knows has read your question. If I were to make a guess, I would assume the odorless variety has been fully composted and now smells like garden soil.

I just wanted to make sure that there isn't any toxic chemicals used. I was also trying to determine if it was a better option other then regular manure.
