for everyday use on everything..sriracha (as ppl mentioned above) or blair's after death.

Hell yes! One of my top 5. I go through a bottle a week of this stuff, its absolutely amazing. REAL chipotle. It annoys me when people think that smoky mayonnaise shit they serve at those places is chipotle. :lol:

I once made the mistake of thinking that since this was in a japanese restaurant, that it was a mild sauce. (I lived in texas among some of the hottest sauces around) I fucked up to say the least

600,000 scoville.  i really don't know why they even try to flavor this shit.  one drop will blow your mind.  all i feel is the heat.  as far as flavor goes, i have no idea.....i can't taste shit.

Personally, I dont dare touch the sauces that announce their scoville rating, because its probably too damn hot for my tastebuds :lol:
I prefer a balance; fairly spicy, yet flavorful. Some of the sauces are so damn hot that you dont get to enjoy the taste.

This stuff also does a good job at removing rust. Other uses include: removing lime and calcium deposits in the bathroom, stripping paint, killing weeds, and removing tattoos.
