I like my Tapatio...Nothing special, not to spicy, but goes great on damn near everything.

Every so often if i am drinking Corona I will put a few drops in my beer along with lime and salt of course. A mexican told me to do it one time and he called it an Enchalada :shrug: ...but it's tasty :super:

Enchalada is great.  Usually its served with tomato juice and clam juice (or clamato).  I like it with bloody mary fixens.  :thumbup: :wexican:

when i was in los alamos last year i went into a store completely dedicated to hot sauce and salsa. the walls were literally covered in bottles...it was heaven on earth. i tried at least 20 and this was by far my favorite......although, i admit, my taste buds were a little burnt out towards the end.

These are all good. I couldn't pick a favorite. The habanero paste is probably the hottest thing ive ever tasted. Only available in AUS though I think.

I don't ever use it on Mexican food tho...  It's a Greek/Arabic food thing.

It was funny, i was camping with my friend and his step-dad brought a co-worker fresh out of Mexico....Anyway, i was pretty drunk, he was all sorts of fucked up off of Patron and comes up to me in broken English asking me if i like Enchiladas?...I thought he was talking about the food so i replied with yea cheese or chicken is pretty good. He had look of confusion, went on trying to describe to me what it was but drunken spanglish is not the easiest thing to understand....finally he just grabbed my beer, poured in a few drops of Tapatio (at this point i am wondering WTF is this drunk mexican doing to my beer), added some salt, dropped the lime in, put his finger over the top & tilted the beer upside down so everything mixed a bit then handed me back my foaming beer and said Enchilada.

It was quite a bit more humorous if you were there and knew the guy...and drunk.

Dude you can put that shit on anything and make it taste better.  It's a hot sauce that doesn't take over the whole taste of your food but it's still really hot which is why I love it.  You can add one drop for just a little spice or a spoonfull to set your mouth on fire but you'll still be able to taste the food you put it on.

Eggs, Bagels + Cream cheese, Pizza, Soups, Sandwiches... that stuff is awesome.
