I wish there was a delivery service

That delivered shit to sick people.  I could really use some ginger ale, some food that isn't full of crap, and some ibuprofen. 

So that begs the question, with so many sick people staying home each day, why isn't there a service to bring you all your sickie needs?  I haven't been sick in fucking years and this is pissing me off because I have a test today, and tomorrow, and assignments due for each class as well.

Wellness on Wheels would be a great idea.  Home sick and with one phone call you could have organic soup w/ tons of garlic, homemade ginger ale, and a variety of other supplements and good food delivered at your request.  I like it.

The only thought I'd have is how to make it cost effective with employees, gas, vehicle upkeep, and all the various food and stuff you'd need to keep stocked in order to run your business.

Maybe you could offer different packages with different stuff in them for like $40, $50, or $90

I was kinda just thinking of a kid in the safeway parking lot waiting for a call on what the person wants in his little subaru outback.  Wouldn't cost shit!

Then at night beer delivery service... an idea I've been holding onto for a while to figure out how to make it legal.

Isn't there keg deliveries? I'm sure if you researched that business and the laws that surround it you could manipulate it for your beer delivery service.

Probably could, but I know the business would end shortly after it began.  I live next to the biggest "party college" in the country, so 95% of deliveries would be massive house parties comprised of at least half underage kids... I just don't see any way this wouldn't come back to bite me in the ass were I to get a beer delivery service running.  One dumb 19 or 20 year old falls out a window or goes driving and crashes and there's the end of my business!

Seriously though, ginger ale and soup would be a fucking godsend right now.  Contemplating if it's worth it to catch a bus, buy three things, then catch a bus back.  Guess we'll see how bad it gets.

We got a place that delivers beer here on campus.
They never card either.

As long as a 21 year old can present proper ID and signs a waiver of responsibility, I think you're in the clear. I've furnished the alcohol (I'm talking a number of kegs...) at a lot of parties in my life, and quite a few of those were when I was underaged and every time as long as someone can present ID it's all good.

College towns in Alaska?

Yeah no kidding though, guy from forum who I've never met is being more helpful (or at least offering to be more helpful) than my friends, girlfriend, or training partners from the gym :tongue:

Well it's ridiculous to have to take a bus when you're sick, besides I got a full tank of gas right now. To be fair though I'd probably zip in and zip out.

Well good I don't want you hanging around looking at me laying around all pathetic and sick anyway! 

The only thing worse than not enough attention when you're sick is the opposite!  That's why I didn't even tell my mom I was sick today, she probably would have left work and tried to hang out over here all day, and I'm too sick and lazy to try to keep her from figuring out what's in the room that's always closed and always has light coming from under the door :tongue:
