my favorite for general use is sriracha, and least favorite is Tabasco unless it is in tequila.

you guys gotta try some MD or Mr. Gouda brand hot sauces
I also enjoy carribean style hot sauces with scotch bonnet peppers, but its a different kind of sensation and definitely hits you if youre not that used to it. the one i got right now is Matouk's

I make sushi and our secret sauce is sriracha and mayo.  people love that shit.  they put it on everything.  its kinda gross.  I dont  mind it on a cali roll, but you dont need to be putting mayo on raw fish.

Last time I was in Mexico I went to some bar, and they had this really thick, green hot sauce. Hottest thing I've ever had. Like, too much = immediate hospitalization and/or chemical burns. Rocked my nuts. Delicious. I also enjoy Texas Pete. It's not that hot, but I think it has a great flavor. No least favorite for this guy though...
