I was just in Madison last weekend. There's this Himilayan restaurant that I always wanted to go to but haven't yet.

I had sushi today. One was orange flying fish roe sushi. It looks neat and tastes cool. Japanese food is amazing.

ethiopian food is supposed to be fabulous. lots of yummy spicy veggies and beans and stuff and you wrap it up in a big wrap. there's supposed to be a great Ethiopian restaurant in D.C. I'm going there next time i'm in the area.

it's on taylor, right near acadia in that mini mall with quantum fitness. Excellent japanese food. It's run by some Japanese family i think. It's really cool.

Indian is undoubtedly one of the best cuisines out there. I love ripping into a tandoori chicken with raita and naan bread, then getting stuck into a creamy korma or a super-hot vindaloo and washing it all down with a cool mango lassi. *drools*
Mexican food is right up there too. Heuvos rancheros, enchiladas, fajitas.. anything with loads of jalepenos! One of my fave dishes to cook is Mexican chicken stew made with dark chocolate.
I love Thai food too, I packed on the weight while I was living in Thailand, despite constantly being drenched in sweat from the heat. I used to get this amazing sour/spicy salad made with shredded catfish, topped with a fried egg and a shitload of chilli powder. Yummo! The salads are usually way more brutal than the curries. I loved laap, spicy mince and mintleaf salad, that shit's hot as a bastard!
I adore Singaporean/Malay food too. Laksa and chilli mudcrab are two of the best dishes in existence.
You can tell I love spicy food! :smile:
