A tiny backyard dweller

Gills:
Gray/black, unattached

Stem:
7 cm, hollow, thin, brittle

Cap:
.5-.7 cm, tan, darker tan nearing the apex

Spore print color:
forthcoming, but seems to be blackish

Bruising:
no bruising at this time

Other information: This mushroom grows every year in the taller grass in my backyard.  I've never gotten around to identifying it, but I always seem to find them year after year.

Its either Panaeolus or Psathyrella.  The line between the two genera can be kind of blurry and this specimen appears to be right in the middle.  It appears to be close to Panaeolina foenisecii, but I don't think its that.

I think the cap size is a bit too small to be foenisecii but I could be totally off base in my thinking
