so i finally got all the cacti cuts ive taken recently planted.

just wanted to show em off :smile:

im sending a friend a couple small cuttings that were occupying the pots, and mainly the soil i needed to plant these. so thanks buddy.

I wish i could buy a san pedro or two, but i cant find any or any actives in my local nurseries.

check walmart home depot and lowes. ive found them several times at those places.

just has to be the right time.

and dont hesitate to ask ur nursery to order some. or put you on a list if any should ever pop up.

Will these places have mature cacti?  Or small cacti that are intended to grow?

either.

ive found as small as 4" and as big as 10"

so it depends

but look for more than pedro, but most likely itll be the more common find

its so awesome when ppl agree to you taking some cacti when u just take the time to ask.

and KBG. theyre in the oven bakin man. theyre just lil babies right now.

theyve been under saran wrap now for a couple months. is it time to let them breath?

im scared im gonna fry em :eek:

theyre on a lower shelf(actually theyre under the one in this post) so they dont get much direct sunlight.

do i begin bottom watering yet, or mist still.

the biggest one is still only about the size of a pencil eraser, maybe a bit smaller

i need grafting stocks :frown:

yeah you can bottom water from the start, can't say that i have ever done anything but that.
just make sure that they don't receieve alot of hawaiian sun and they will be fine :yesnod:

i poked some holes in the saran wrap to slowly introduce them. cuz ive been a bad dad lately and havent been taking it off to let them breath a little.

im just nervous about loosing any of them...
