mini mini greenhouse?

I've seen some pretty good examples of martha greenhouses hooked up to ultrasonic humidifiers on this site.  I was wondering, for a much smaller operation, whether it would be feasible to build a small greenhouse with a humidifier in a large rubbermaid container.

A clear 28 gallon rubbermaid measures about 18"x33"x18" and should have enough space to hold a small 0.5 gallon cap desktop humidifier (10"x6.5"x9.5") along with one or two trays (5 lbs?) worth of bulk substrate.  If a decent number of holes are drilled on the side/top and the humidifier is put on a timer, theoretically there would be a point at which the number of holes and the frequency with which the humidifier is run will maintain an ideal balance between FAE and humidity.  Perhaps a small equipment cooling fan can be run in the vicinity outside of the terrarium to help promote air circulation.

My one concern is that a humidifier in such close quarters would somehow promote contamination or lead to excess humidity?  I'm coming from a semi-monotub grow which was modestly successful but I think struggled with the humidity/FAE balance.

What do you guys think?  Unless there are some obvious flaws with this concept I think I'll go ahead and give it a shot.  If anything maybe there's room for a new tek :smile:
