Cornstarch glue for springrolls?
    #8937977 -

Well I have the spring roll wrappers, deep fryer and ingredients to fill.

Ive heard you can make a sorta glue out of cornstarch for holding them together before/during deepfrying.

Do I just mix the cornstarch with water, and in what ratio?

Actually, you want to use egg YOLKS- they
stick better than corn starch, egg whites or water.
when rolling up a batch, keep a damp cloth over the sheets and your rolls to keep them from cracking.
