entheocentric salon at Alex Grey's cosm

Any fellow shroomerites coming this Saturday? It will be my first time going to this event, looks like its going to be a blast. I'm looking forward to meeting other nice, like-minded people :heart: It says there is food and drink, is that part of the admission or should I bring extra money? I see it is also no smoking, are you allowed to go outside and have a smoke? This will also be my first event with psy-trance and other good electronic music:thumbup: I have been waiting to go to an event such like this one for so long! And lastly, do they hand out acid at the door or do you have to bring your own?;)

I'll be there!  Looking forward to it, they haven't had a party in 4 months and I am going through withdrawal. Always a good time.

Food and drink costs money. There isn't much. Just some fruit kebabs, cookies, water.  Everything is between $2 and $5. Bag/coat check is $2 if I remember correctly.  You can go outside and have a smoke.

so is the entheocentric salon the actual place it's being held in? Are you still allowed to walk around and check out the paintings?

Also, as far as i know, it's held in the entire Chapel. "Salon" is just a word they're using to describe the event, I believe.

Correctomundo...There is a large space where the main music/dancing goes on, and that is where Alex paints throughout the party. This is separate from the gallery proper, which gets closed around 2 AM, and then the rest of the party goes til 4 or so depending on how it's going.

Can't wait. :smile:  I have big curly hair, and will either be wearing a grey shirt with a huge hand on it or this weird red yellow blue argyle-esque patterned shirt I have...say hi! :smile:

I used to watch that shit all the time when I was a kid.... it's one of those ones that slipped completely out of my memory until just now when you revived the concept...
