DMT and Bufo Alvarius (Colorado River Toad)

looking for some feedback from some experienced DMT users or people that are better at research than myself. i've been researching extracting the venom from bufo alvarius. i intend on keeping them in my home. now, my question isn't about dosages. my question is how much DMT is in the dried venom of these frogs so i can figure out what i would consider to be the proper dosages myself? also, what are the physical effects of smoking it? does it hurt when inhaling so forth...?
