I don't believe in cops, bosses, or politicians. Some call that anarchism. I call it having a fucking heart that beats.

For anxiety/going to sleep.
I recommend valerian root.
Mixing it with the sleepy tea from the store is easy.
And effective.

Valerian root is very strong.
Smells kinda weird, but it doesn't taste bad as a tea.

Sleep well mighty pillow of not.

I've always thought that was a tongue in cheek name.
As if people end up falling asleep on you all the time.
Or a spongebob or dead reference. I'm not sure.

I got told to try this the other day. I have real problems sleeping, so hopefully this'll help.

Thanks for the info!

I hope so, I've dealt with insomnia off and on for years.
Sometimes it's been really terrible. And some people just can't understand the torture that is not being able to sleep properly.

Just go to sleep! Problem solved. (right )

Personally I like mixing valerian, skullcap, lemon balm, passion flower, hops, and chamomile

I blend them myself, and I make very strong tea.
I think the lady at the tea store thought I was just trying to "get fucked up" until I explained that I use the tea to deal with stress and anxiety.

Mixing something really effective like valerian and a common sleepy tea, like the one with that bear on it, (Celestial Seasonings I believe) is much easier then taking out all the bags and putting a bit of each into the strainer.

Sometimes I just want a simple quick sedative tea.

But going through the effort of mixing those all together is worth it.
And buying tea in bulk is where it's at. Show me a grocery store that sells hundreds of bags of the best tea(tea you make yourself) for $30.
And I'll stop going to the tea store.

I :heartpump: TEA

I assume you're talking so called regular tea.
You know, like, the, tea plant.

I don't take cream or milk in anything(well except Hazelnut sometimes :ninja:
I'm not made of stone)

But dairy fucks up my system, cause you know, it's meant for turning a baby calf into a cow.

Gee that explains much of the western worlds weight.

Personally for most tea/coffee I just add brown sugar.

EDIT: Great title.
:redstorm: But David Icke IS telling the truth.
And he's like a visionary, you are aware of that right?
Don't make me send you to MR&P to be "edumacated"

Redstorm is just the first seemingly unlikely lizard master.
There will be others.

Fuck that shit.
How about Spain?

Ever hear of a siesta?
It's not just an idea,
it's something many of them still actually engage in.

Partying(or just staying up) later into the night,
and taking a nap during the day, is still quite common.

I sometimes roll with green tea but usually it's a Tetley's and milk, no sugar.  Or the mighty Early Grey, Lord of Teas, Messiah of the Hot Beverages, Ruler of the Vanquished Kingdom of Thirst.

Lol Psilo, the amount of people on here that ACTUALLY believe that David Icke shit is staggering.  But amusing.

Earl-Mother-Fucking-Grey.:heart::thumbup: Of course!
Oh how I have missed that.
If there's one thing the English know, it's tea.

But ya, David Icke, wow. What can I say?
When I was younger I was always like, people should be open minded, more open mined...people should open their minds!!!

Now I just cum my pants and squeak with raptourous delight every time I met a critical thinker or hear something endowed with logic and plenty of skepticism. :smirk:

An open mind is a good thing IMO.
Dealing with a mind like a sieve, with only the ability to catch turds however, when I find myself in that situation I look at my watch and make a polite good bye.

Heh, nice analogy.

I think some people just believe what they want to believe and their mind does backflips over the corpse of rationality to keep their world view intact.

Others like myself enjoy making sweet love to the aforementioned metaphorical corpse and delight in its cold festering holes of bleak reality.

Wait, too far
