caffeine pills... energy drinks... what works?

Im working overtime this weekend and will me DEAD tired... I don't drink coffee so what should i take to give me a boost? besides a bump of coke :rolleyes:

Ive tried a few energy drinks before but they just make me more alert/awake and don't really give me the energy i need... would caffeine pills be better for that?

what brands are the best, what should i look for in the drink?

I've used this stuff that comes in a small squirt bottle. I don't have it with me and don't remember what it's called, but it's a small red bottle in the checkout lane at Wal Mart. 5 sprays under your tongue and it works great. Doesn't taste bad either.

No - I think it's one of the herbal things. Probably a lot like the 5 hour energy shot, extept it has 30 5-spray doses. For me it picks me up and I never notice a crash... I used it on a camping trip where I knew I wouldnt' get any sleep...

It's a prescription drug, but one of the most heavily prescribed. It's for ADD. Talk to some hyperactive high school kids, they'll probably sell you some for a few bucks a piece.

Vinpocetine, huperzine, and piracetam are all good to wake up your brain out of a mental stupor and lend creativity and better problem-solving skills to your day.

Short of this, and more risky, you can try amphetamines to drastically increase your alertness.

Bolivian marching powder works too, if you don't care about the possibility of addiction.

i took a meth pill on accident (i was told it was x) and i didnt sleep for like 48 hours. normally i can't go 24 hours without sleep, so it was pretty crazy.
i kinda felt like i was going to die after a while though... so i don't really recommend meth lol.
