I have grown used to to the constant presence of a large paramilitary police force roaming the city. I will feel oddly naked next week without it  :crazy:

you would see how very often the police get of with no punishment whatsoever, and sometimes even promoted

sure a few get fired off out of pure inconvenience, but nothing fundamental changes, and the same thing happens more often
