Yes.  Those homosexual casing layers are ineffective.  Go for the heterosexual ones.

don't case them, especially late, whoever made a "late casing tek" is an extreme noob that knows nothing.

substrates don't even need a casing layer to pin/mature.

You'll get one of the best pinsets you've ever seen not using a gay ass casing layer that's going to fuck up your pinset because you put it on when your sub was already fruiting.

As a matter of fact, most first time casers make so many mistakes, that they could have yielded 10 times over what they wanted, if they would have never layed their hands on casing materials. You see far too many casings around here that have shotty ass pinsets not due to multispore, but because most don't know how to utilize a casing.

don't believe everything you read around here, especially from new members.

beware of the noobz advice.

let it be, you'll be happy you did.

and  YES you have hyphal knots.

(gay doesn't mean homosexual anymore, the interwebs turned it into meaning "lame")

Yup yup.  And if you go to 4chan.org, "fag" means "user".

I wonder what 4chan would look like if you built a translator to that effect...

no it's not, are you the idiot that wrote that tek full of lies and missinformation? Or just a 200 post newb that has no clue what they are talking about? Just because you read something here doesn't make it fact, and if you've not done it in practice, like, gotten your hands dirty trying, then stfu. I hate how you new people think you know everything in the 2 months you've been here, just because you can quote something you've read doesn't give you knowledge or wisdom, in this hobby that's earned by getting shit under your fingernails, and yes i mean SHIT.

you don't case if there's hyphal knots.

OP u can listen to me, or listen to this guy.
