Re: A true underground hip hop song bashing mainstream rap [Re: learningtofly]

I don't get off saying 'that' about you, I don't understand where you are coming from either...what was said is that people who speak not in slang, but in self imposed ignorance use the way they speak as a front to be cool, they are attempting to convey themselves as "from the streets" and "hard"

I didn't say anyone who listens to hip hop uses it as a front to be cool, i listen to rap myself...

no problem dude...I assume the shroomery is mostly white but seeing as this is a website centered around psychedelics
(mind/thought/opinion expansion) I am surprised at how many people group black music and black people together and reject them, ya know?

edit: its ALL garbage

You, sir, have absolutely no taste in music, then, besides of no idea. All of your "white people" music since the 60s is directly influenced by black artists.

rap and hip-hop rape the english language to the point that almost a full generation of people are complete utter retards that can't spell and have no knowledge of what many words mean, a lot of them being white and living in the suburbs thinking they are 'gangsta'. it's the equivalent to huffing glue with how many brain cells are lost. sorry if this is offensive, i just had to say it.

They said pretty much the same thing about Jazz a long time ago, racist.
