yeah as long as you keep is small and privet you don't have much to worry here... it aint that bad over here all in all!
in fact people toke up almost everywhere with no fear, on the street in pubs parties and the beach... usually it's cool but if some cops DO show up you have to be really stupid to get in any REAL trouble.
although, i've never gotten into any trouble so i wouldn't really know, it's just that it never actually got to me or any of my acquaintances ever (and 99% of the people i hang out with had some dealings with drugs)
