very different... i'd never be able to think of my sister as attractive (in that way), although i guess she's quite pretty.

i think smaller kids generally have a fascination with the opposite sex's genitals... although to perform sexual acts is a bit odd

I remember when I was like 4-5, there was a girl in my apartment complex my same age, who always wanted me to show her my penis, and then she would play with it. I would of asked to see her vagina, but at that age I thought girls had balls, and I didn't have an interest in that.

you're talking about two different things...having sex with a family member isn't having a child.  it's a possibility but not a sure thing.  having sex with a family member, at least when young, is not a "psychiatric abnormality" but merely an exploration of curiosity.  again, look at various primate species.  many of their young have sex with each other, or even their own parents
