I only smoke cigars, not cigarettes,

it is classified as a stimulant, but I think it really is in a class al of its own.

it is not MUCH of a stimulant really, when i smoke a cigar, or smoke a hookah (only way I inhale) is I feel a "high" feeling but not stimulated, not at all.

hard to say.

people tend to feel relaxed after having one though because they are relieving their craving
