I have a california king, which takes up about 70% of my bedroom.  It's pretty much all I need in life, but I'm probably gonna have to find a new one soon since there's no way I'm hauling something that big that I got for 20 bucks in the first place.

Also, it's just the mattress on a box spring on the floor.  I like to lay low to the ground, it feels more natural.  The box spring is even pushing it.

The money isnt an issue, I could easily buy one if I wanted it. I just dont think the cost is justified. I slept on my ex girlfriends expensive ass tempurpedic bellasonna. It was almost 5 grand! WTF would anyone pay more than a few hundred for a bed unless they had a medical condition that required it? To each his own I guess, but I sleep like a rock pretty much anywhere, Im perfectly happy under the stars with a blanket, anything after that is extra.

Yeah, I only have a mattress right now. They pretty much left my room bare at the end of the month when they took back all of their shitty furniture package. Ive been replacing everything over the past week or so. I bought a new desk, desk chair, and huge bookshelf last week. I also found a really well made wooden dresser that looks brand new, and two nice bar stools for the bar between my kitchen, and living room. College kids take too much shit for granted, I bet this thing cost 500 easily and someone just through it out....Oh well I'm happy to take it, free furniture FTW!

I got the oak desk I'm workin at now for free, gave it a sand job, a few coats to protect it, and now it's the bitchenest desk in the world.  I'm gonna try to get a couple hundred for it, which is a bargain.

I have a queen pillowtop with a memory foam mattress pad, a down blanket on top of that, 400 thread count sheets and a down comforter with down pillows. It's more comfortable then  a $5000.00 I slept on. I love it and everyone that lays on it never wants to leave it.

this is the exact same bed i have.  except mine is a full.  i dont like that fact i think its to small for me and my wife but she likes it.  it basically like a crib for someone my size.  but beauty rests are the shit.

Queen-size Dormia memory foam bed.  It's the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on.  I cannot even attempt to read on it or I'll pass out within 10 minutes.

The mattress is $2000, got it for $200.  The husband of the secretary who worked in our office owned a bed store.  He hooked me up.  :yesnod:

Hell yeah it is, if its good quality, and in good shape. The oak desk in my office at work was valued at 1500.00 last audit, and its got all kinds of nicks and scratches in it. I'd love to have a nice desk at home, I'm just waiting for the day when some asshole throws one out. The end of last moth was the official day for the end of pretty much all apartment leases in town, so there is free furniture every where right now. You just have to get to it before some drunken college fools run rampant, and kick the shit out of it.
