fuck. wooden spheres= $125k  fiberglass= $40k  and im not sure if thats furnished and installed or just for the friggan sphere.  its pretty vague.

I make a pretty kick ass tree house back in the day, had a window and a shingled roof too

cost ~ $100 but it only lasted 5-6 years cause a tornado knocked a pile of trees on it lol

I want to build another but im lazy...

it's the installed price, it pays for engineers, site surveys and
all the bullshit outside of permits, there was an article a couple
months ago in a magazine I pick up

I remember someone posted some pics of a sweet treehouse on here not long ago. That thing looked larger and more kick ass then these, and i bet it didn't cost 125k.

phew.  i was hoping that was all the bells and whistles included.  still a bit pricey though.  although  they look really nice inside.....
