just got tickets so my friend and i can go to see them in NYC on 8/8/08
funny, last summer i saw them in boston, NYC, and philly, and the philly show was actually the first time i met my friend through another friend, so its cool we can go see the stooges again.

anyone in the area going? its at like five central or some place i've never heard of, so i'd like to know more about the venue...

I'm seeing them at the Virgin Mobile Festival August 9 or 10 (not sure what night they're playing). I hope their not too wiped out from your show.
