Hm..Every single mushroom has different quantities of these chemicals. of psilocine, psilocybine, baeocystine and norbaeocystine, besides many other non-active tryptamines in them.
The shrooms may have only one of these four chemicals or some of all four of them in them. There is no way to analyse each separate mushroom before consuming them to determine the amount of the speciefic chemcial in the mushrooms. And if you analyse it then that specimen is gone and you would still not know how much of each you consumed.
AddiotionallyFor eaxample (from a paper by Tjakko Stijve of Nestles Ltd., "Psilocin, Psilocybin, Serotonin and Urea in Panaeolus (Copelandia) cyanescens from Various Origin." Stijve (1992) in Persoonia (a journal) studies specimens form Australia, Hawaii and Thailand) found that "the Sustralian collections are low or average in psilocin, but definately higher in serotonin and psilocybin than the Hawaiian specimens which were very high in psilocine and low in psilocybin.
Hope this helps a little.
