I have found that exercising intensely can ease your drug cravings because doing physical activity leads to something called a "runner's high."  It is a feeling of being high because dopamines are released in your brain after exercise, that is similiar to dopamines released during a drug experience.

So when I crave addictive drugs I will just go play basketball for a few hours.  But my stamina is not too good because I smoke so much weed! hahaha

well... still clean... turns out i've been suppressing a massive amount of bipolarness... crazy mood swings/confronting a life's worth of anxieties started to creep up on me last week... now i'm just kind of down and out and ready to sleep for days and get myself off of all the alcohol and cigarettes i've been loading up on...

i was literally spun out on my own brain chemicals there for a week straight... got so worked up i couldn't even count money to close down the pizza place i work at one night... all this suppressed stress just hit me all at once...

opiates were a just a convenient place to hide from my true self i guess...

can't believe how unhealthy i've been for soo long.

glad i'm off the dope though... can't believe how crazy a little hydrocodone withdrawal made me there for like 2 weeks... i was a manic mess... my body was just used to being drugged i guess...

Congratulations, its gotta be tough trying to kick that shit. You're stronger than most, Ive never even met anyone addicted to opiates that wanted to quit.

seriously i got like ten times smarter in the course of a week... my fucking vocabulary improved and i understand the world so much better. It's like i was dumbed down by being stuck in the pill cycle for so long... didn't even have to worry about all the intelligence stuck in my head...

just get pills... get pills... get pills... all day long...

now its like... wow what an amazing world out there is out there...
