that is weird, ive cut meat right off a deer's back, hammered it with a tendorizer, stragiht to the grill then eat up. :drooling:

yeah for elk here you have to have your name drawn. Im not sure the number of tags they give each year but I hear its somewhat limited. Not sure about deer here either. Just moved here from Michigan

steak photos should always show a cross-section though... so people can argue with each other about where on the Rare <-> Burnt spectrum is the best.

You have obviously never had a decently prepared steak, if you like read meat than steak should be your fave, go out to an upper scale place and order one.
