I just bought a vaporizer

Hey kids, well I've made my first big drug purchase aside from the drugs themselves in awhile. I just walked into my smoke shop and picked up a new vaporizer. You can only smoke from joints, pipes, bongs, hookahs, blunts for so long before you start wondering what else the drug landscape has to offer you. It's probably a piece of junk, the directions have a ton of misspellings in it and aren't very clear but fuck it. If I get high off this thing a couple of times, it'll be worth it.

i have always wanted to cough up some doe and buy a nice vaporizer. but i straddle the poverty line so i will stick to my zig zags.

It was $80 something with tax, but I don't mind getting gouged a bit considering the smoke shop is literally right next to my apartment and it's run by a nice family with a hot asian daughter and her surprisingly hot mom both of which are absolute sweethearts (they give me free papers and are always extremely nice to me). Support your local :thumbup:

Anyway, I wanted to get a volcano but they didn't have one. But it's probably a good thing because a poor Stranded spending $80 > a poor Stranded spending $550+

So yeah I'm about to give this thing a run.

yea that is one of the "lower end" vapes out there, but im sure it does what it is supposed to do and it will get you high. Obviously Just the extraction isn't going to be as efficient as the upper end models. My friend got a mid-level vape a while back, the Vapolution. It isn't to bad. Great if it is just one head on a bowl. You get a lot higher on a smaller amount of bud...And my favorite part is the taste, it is amazing how well the flavors come across in a vape, i love trying new strains for the first time in a Vape...

Have you used it yet?...You will probably find yourself saving a bit of herb once you figure it out....

BTW the oils that build up in the tube just beyond the "bowl" portion just like resin would in a pipe, that shit is fucking potent. Let it build up, find a way to extract it out of the tube, roll your weed around in it, then smoke it in a joint or something

Yeah I used it. I only put in about a 1/4 of a gram because I didn't really understand how to use the vaporizer, and if I fucked up I didn't want to waste weed. And I'll tell you, 1/2 gram and about two or two and half hours later, I am fucked up. I am impressed by this vaporizer because I thought for sure it was going to be shitty, but damn it knocked me on my ass. I also feel much much better smoking it this way, it's such a cleaner high. I don't feel tired or kind of sick at all because I think this thing burns the weed in such a way that all the negative shit with weed doesn't go into your lungs. I love this thing I just have a happy wide awake buzzy feeling and it's pretty awesome.

This vaporizer was a good investment. :thumbup:

My friend has that exact same vaporizer...
I've used it once, and it was nice.
The "vapor" what a lot smokier than others I've tried though. Other ones I could barely see what I was inhaling and exhaling. This one was more like smoke... maybe he had it turned up too high?

That looks like a spin on, (or an outright ripoff/patent-violation of) the "Vapor Brothers" vaporizer, though I never smoked nearly enough to really be in the know about which of the whip-and-heater type vaporizers came out first.

From the sound of it, despite being a knockoff the price isn't any cheaper. Knockoffs are usually cheap, and for a good reason... they usually fuck something up that the original got right, either a flaw in the design or just chintzy components.

Well that's cool that it worked out for you....It is interesting how you mentioned it being a cleaner high, i always felt that way also. For a while i thought it just may be the strain i had but it really did make all the strains feel a little less lethargic, and clear headed...a "cleaner" high is the only way i could describe it. But definitely a different high...Play around with it and you will get that thing dialed in and find the most efficient way to use it...

Be careful though vaporizers can really put a dent in your tolerance, if you go through the same amount of weed as you were when you were smoking it....
