Apparently these things are really common in men. Does anyone here have these? If so, how are you dealing with them? Did you have them at one time and have they disappeared? How is your sex life?

I think it's rather common. I'm a girl and most guys I've been with had them, I never thought anything of it myself and never thought they were even that noticeable. If a girl asks just tell her about what they are, because if she continues sleeping with men she'll run into it again sooner or later.
