Poo/Straw unknown white powder looking substance.

I have a big PR tub o poo /straw busy colonising at the moment.
A couple days ago I noticed what looked like tiny droplets of condensation forming everywhere.
I went back yesterday, wild crasy mycelium as usual but now there`s what seems to be a white powder looking substance on the surface.
Mycelium still growing strong but this white dew looking substance is confusing me.
Anyone have any ideas???
I pastuerized as normal, clean conditions, all care taken as usual except now I`m confused.

You might look for some pictures of Monilia (imperfect) , also known as White Flour Mold. It is a pain to get rid of once you have it... It looks a lot like perlite dust.

If the powder areas are clustered together, you may have Scopulariopsis Fimicola, or White Plaster Mold. It primarly comes from bad compost... too old or too wet, etc.

Well it is in a sense clustered, but clustered in the fact that it is starting to cover my top layer of poo, although the mycelium is also growing strong on this surface layer as well.
So I`m guessing that the fight for colonisation will continue.
The reason I don`t believe it`s a result of the poo is A because I have the same poo in 4 more tubs without a single problem.
And then B I`ve used the poo before and I know the quality and age of it.
So I`m guessing it`s one of the fungi you suggested.
However that is all contradicted by the fact that the other tubs are rocking.
I`m beggining to think one of the cakes I used to spawn the poo might have been contaminated with something.

I`m going to wait it out and hope the mycelium is strong enough to overcome.
Otherwise I`m going to have to make yet another big ass outdoor patch
no loss.
