green mould on pasteurised dung/straw

has anyone else had any problems with green mould attacking fully colonized pasteurised dung/straw?
in my case the green mould would first appear in the mycelium itself and then spread throughout the entire substrate.
there were no signs of contam until substrate was cased and ready to pin..
my temps during pasteuriseation were spot on hovering around 175f
would peroxide help in any way? even tho dung/straw will eat it?

yep my first attempt was attcked by green on poo,i'm doing wbs spawned to poo tonight for my second attempt.hope i can beat it this time around.

Peroxide won't help much at this stage. This sort of situations can happen you know, try cleaning your growing room.
