Question Medical Marijuana?

I Take hyrdocodone for back problems that I have.
I get 120 pills 7.5/500mg every two weeks.
I was wondering I'm moving to Cali and wanted to start smoking medical marijuana. My question is what would they give me in replacement for my pills like how much would I get to smoke each day like eigth or smaller. How does it work? If anyone with info about this please let me know.
how much do you get a day and for what problems? what medication did you take before switching. how much did you take a daily? thanks shroomery

Sad, but True^^^

Yup...they only limit is how much you can buy/grow/store/transport...Not on how much you actually smoke.
And, yes, I smoke as much as I want, have for years...
And with my card, I can buy Quantity (better price than dispensaries) and store it, legally. Grate protection..
That being said, I still keep on the D/L, but that's a lifestyle choice. Oh, Hermit Me...

My mom lives in kansas, and has a doctor over in StL MO.

She takes 320mg of time release morphine each day, with 30mg oxys and 60mg codeines "as needed" to manage a really horrible back.

She hasn't smoked since the late 70's (my folks quit smoking when they had me).

Her doc over in StL told her to move to a state that's more MMJ friendly, and she's mentioned to me "that he said to just 'go find it' if she wouldn't move to a better state, 'its easy to find'." But she says "where the hell am I going to find pot at my age?"

I guess she's probably hinting at the fact that she wants me to hook it up? Kinda hard being so far away...not looking forward to a drive across a couple states with a couple O's of nug...used to do mexico-home runs through the 'alley' as a teenager, and that shit wore on my nerves.

Fucking shame the politicians don't get it.

Sorry to not answer your question, but at least there's one more doc that thinks it's a great addition to opiate pain management program.

Michigan is going to have medical mj on the ballot this year. So being curious I thought I would take a look at what you can get medical marijuana for. You can get medical mj for just about anything. Depending on your doctor I am sure that you could get a card easily.

California's prop 215 is kinda different because it is written so vaguely. I think other states are more strict on what illnesses marijuana is considered effective for.

This line in prop 215 is the deal maker:

"To ensure that seriously ill Californians have the right to obtain and use marijuana for medical purposes where that medical use is deemed appropriate and has been recommended by a physician who has determined that the person's health would benefit from the use of marijuana in the treatment of cancer, anorexia, AIDS, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, migraine, or any other illness for which marijuana provides relief. "

Every dispensary is different. SOme have deals if you buy ounces, some have 1/8 limits on strains so everyone can try some

A quick question that popped into my head a few days ago.
Do you have to be a California citizen to get a California MMIC?
I figure you would, but as I was doing research I did not find anything either way.
And another question, what are the requirements for becoming a citizen of California?

They made me show a valid CA ID to get the reccomendation, not sure how to become a CA citizen though

You guys all still know medical marijuana is still illegal though right? The federal law goes right over the state law. Sure its good, but its not even truly legal.

i think the limit on how much to buy simply depends on the dispensery my friend with a card regularaly buys atleast 10 grams a visit plus edible treats, for me about 1gram easily lasts me a week and the quality is great.
pretty much anyone can get a card with any bullshit excuse, but with a legit back problem youll have no problem getting a card it will probably cost you 75 to $100 though.

The price is a little high but its more than worth it a dispensary in oakland that my friend goes to charges $16 a gram for sativa, and about $35 an 8th.

yeah but if i have a medical card and get caught growing or smoking pot by the po-po i'm not getting in any trouble, so for all intents and purposes its legal, you think the feds would wast their time busting my single 400w hps setup?

As long as you keep on the D/L, and be responsible/respectful as to your setup, you are cool.

Even With the card, I'm not one to light up in the face of a LEO...or anywhere public...But that's just my lifestyle...
That's why I keep my little one-hitter( remember sneak-a-tokes??).
