A use for legal bud? (dealing with insomnia)

I have read legal bud is mostly bogus and a waste of time if you're looking for the high of real weed.

However, I have read that several of the ingredients can help with sleep, for instance the buds with kava. School has destroyed my sleep schedule and I would like a little "assistance" with getting some sleep when I need to.

I would just get the real deal MJ for this purpose, but I don't really have a hookup here unfortunately.

melatonin is good for sleep and u can buy it at the supermarket

same with diphenhydramine or excedrin pm which has diphenhydramine in it

but ultimately you will have to figure out how to make time for sleep instead of lookin for a quick fix

I've been there bro. Please don't rely on dr00gz to help you sleep it will fuck you up worse in the long term, yes even melatonin will fuck you. Next semester schedule your classes better nuff said.
