 I cannot post from my PC / URGENT HELP!!!

From my PC I can log in but if I click on a link it sais we cannot proceed no password or username some shit like this i though its from cookies but it wasent i thought its from ie i reinstalled it wasent I though its from win so I reinstalled win ( just cause I werent able to post! ) and now it gives me the same error ( Im posting from another PC )
PLEASE HELP

When you login, click on the "remember me on each visit" box. This might help...

well I switched all security levels to lowest and allowed third part cookies

I had the same problem before...
I downloaded Netscape and magicly I could post again... Only after a few E-Mails to 3D could I post under internet explorer...
I still believe I was a subject insome sort of psudo-alien experiment...

Check your computer's clock and make sure it is set to the correct date.

Probably because he gets around 30 emails a day, if not sometimes more
Remember he volunteers his time around here, so he can't always be on call 24hrs a day.

Today after i installed linux red hat 7.2 I was so exited I can finally post in my beloved forums from my beloved PC but the same error occured !
