Haha. I hate when dog owners don't trim around the dog's eyes. Sure dogs hear well and have a great sense of smell, but don't deprive them of sight!

If I were a dog and my owner didn't keep my hair out of my eyes, I'd probably bite him on a regular basis until he trimmed it. Well, he'd either trim it or put me down =\

I don't know if they're my favourite, but greyhounds are up there.

I'm a laid back guy, I want a laid back dog. Also, they're so friendly and have the most amazingly soft coats.

Seconded! Nice to see another greyhound lover here. I rescued two hounds when i was a kid. One a brindle and the other a black coat. Both dogs were just awesome pets and the fact that you saved them from being killed makes keeping them even more special. Our last hound loved us so much she would be waiting by the window the second she heard our car pull in the drive and then start running laps around the table until we all got in and said hi.

My other choice would be a husky because they're just absolutely stunning and loyal dogs.

I like cats more. But I had a cool dog once that could really catch a mean frisbee!

I'd have to say Border Collie

I used to own a leonberger. Got her when i was like 5-6. She died 2 summers ago. I miss that dog all the time, it was my bestfriend, but it had a tumor the size of a basketball. I couldnt put myself through watching another dog die like that.

German Shepherds are by far my favorite dog. They are the most loyal, shockingly intelligent and loving dogs I've ever come in contact with.

But then, once in a lifetime

The longed-for tidal wave

And hope and history rhyme.
