H2O2.... hydrogen peroxide right? my friend said that its good to mix a little of this in with your water in the humidifier? True? if so how much do i use? could it potently harm my cakes if i use too much?

Yes it is Hydrogen Peroxide (A hydrogen atom "per" oxygen atom, as opposed to water which is 2 hydrogen atoms per oxygen atom, sorry little chemistry for you) I read that 1:3 peroxide to water is a bit extreme, but I use quite a bit in my humidifier (I am using an airstone that is in a jar of peroxide, water and perlite) and it hasn't harmed the cakes/casings at all. I'm not really sure what is a good ratio, I just kinda poured some in there, I'd say 1:5 or so would be good, but don't quote me on that.

thanx.... what i the reson for the H2O2....(dont mind, i love the chemistry) is it like added sterility or somethin?

Yes, it kills bacteria, I don't believe it kills mold very well (Which is why it doesn't hurt the mold you like to grow).
