why has paypal adjusted my balance to -200? They just made a 'balance adjustment' to make my account -200$ wtf is going on here. I sent them an email but they suck with dealing with problems.

you can google the corporate numbers and call them,
registered letters also help, it's better to have
everything in writing

i refuse to put any money into my paypal account because ive heard of several people having problems with them. the day they pull some shit like this on me is they day i stop using them.

You'll learn that paypal does whatever the fuck they want with your money. I had $230 locked for 6 months. If you have to use them, under no circumstances should you keep a balance in your account.
