Vaporizer

Does anyone have any links to making a good vaporizer? I've done a bit of searching and really only come up with the lightbulb method..Which I do not like very much. I want to make something a little more professional. I found a picture of one with a box and hose and all with the use of a dimmer switch to control heat. IF any of you have any good teks for this, it would be great.

I know. I'm looking for something less...headish. I feel like a crackhead or a methhead when im trying to smoke out of the lightbulb. It doesn't work as good either.

Get a soldering iron, a beer bottle cap, and if you can, cut the neck of the beer bottle off, and drill (drilling through glass is possible!) a hole in the top.

Contact vaporisers tend to burn the herb though, if you can, I'd reccomend a conduction vaporiser, in which hot air is blown over the herb. If you can get a temperature controlled heatgun (one with a digital readout is funky) then make a socket to hold the bud in, and use a bag like one would find on a volcano, that's one of my favorite methods, good consistent temperature and vapour density.
