Dealer thinks I should be 'loyal'

Ok. Funny story. About 2 weeks ago AFOAF bought some weed from a new guy. And by AFOAF, I mean me. I bought a half ounce, for a high sum, and it was wet and therefore underweight. Whatever, he got relegated to 'backup dealer'. It's important to mention at this point that he only usually sells half-quarters (3.5 grams for the yanks). So when I bought a half-ounce, he was actually taken aback. Annnyway..

So today on the way home from work I run into this guy. He was acting all pissed off and started yapping about customer loyalty. The convo went roughly like this-

Me: Alright man
Him: Alright. I sent you a message, did you not get it?
Me: Yeah I replied to the message. I said I was OK for weed at the moment.
Him: Do you have another dealer?
Me: Yeah. (????)
Him: I have a lot of customers, there's a thing called customer loyalty you know.
Me: I bought a half ounce from you less than 2 weeks ago. To be honest, if you have a half-quarter I'd buy it right now.
Him: Yeah, well, gimme a buzz later.

And he was actually acting really pissed off at me. And sending me messages and shit through the week asking if I want weed???

Wtf? If I want weed, I'll ask for it. Dealers don't SELL, they OFFER. How the fuck can you get pissed off at being a backup dealer? Offer me a better deal and I'll come to you every time, you feckin donut

The drug scene spawns some dumb motherfuckers.

Yeah he's a bit weird. When I bought from him, it was like doing a 'drug deal'. So edgy and strange. Usually it's a smoke and a chat and a 'thanks for the weed, see you later'.

Meh. Maybe I should stop it here. Trouble is, my usual guy is away. And I like to keep sources on my good side.

Haha, for real. Yeah I'm just gonna tell him straight up that if it's wet again, I'm not buying.

I think he just wants to keep me because I'm willing to buy more than he usually sells.

And even the good dealers are sketchy.

Lots of raids in Oxfordshire, at least they waited until after christmas to do it, so I had my festive smoke, but still, it's shitty. I guess they have nothing better to do.

I hate when people ask if I need weed. Letting me know you have weed is one thing but asking me to buy some is another. I work hard for my money and I don't want some hustler trying to get me to buy some weed from them. I'll go to you if i want from you. Just tell him that you go to the people with the best weed for the best prices.

Unless he's the one growing, it's not his fault if the bud is moist. you should have checked it out before you bought it. If it weighed 14 then he did not rip you off. Unless you think the dude is actually spraying it down with water, he didn't do anything wrong. And that is why he got pissed at you. Im sorry I am taking his side but it sounds like you got a moist batch of buds. Most likely hes not the one curing it so it isnt his fault... And if thats the only kind of bud he gets, sucks for him. sometimes people get a crappy batch, and maybe that happened to him, who knows
