Detoxification & all dat good shit...

So I just feel like I'm poisoned. I feel my psyche is being drained of vitality. I can't really explain it. Would running long distances help this? I don't exercise anymore really but I eat pretty damn healthy food. Would exercising regularly again help a great deal? I'm sure it would but starting back up is the hardest part. I really want to be healthy & sane but I feel I'm currently neither..Oh and what kind of foods should I be eating. Can you give me a list and help a brotha out? Howbout fasting?

a balanced diet and exercise can only help

fresh fruit,veges,lean meat,lots of water

try having a hot bath with a cup of sea salt and a cup of vinegar,soak in it for 20 minutes,make sure you drink heaps of water before doing this then watch and feel the sweat piss out of you after you finish

Buy Orgone or orgonite.

It sounds like you are suffering from electro magnetic over load and stress.

This is a big problem with many people.

I recently just bought some Orgone pendants and peices. Wow. Is all i can say.

Even people who have no belief about it working and have no experience with the Chi or Prana energy running through the body, liked it, but the funny thing was that they didnt know why.

Personally i can see energy patterns and flows on people better and better, and every time someone puts this orgone stuff close to their chest, they light up, and feel so much better.

The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution.

Eat more RAW or go on a juice or water fast. If you eat RAW continuously your body will detox itself over time. Juice and water fasting accelerates the detox process greatly. Exercise will also. Just start running.

Just my suggestions because I am pretty obsessed with detoxifying myself these days and what I mentioned works well for me.
