it's definitely an enhancer. nitrous and psychedelics is just a wonderful and beautiful thing. but in large amounts (e.g. tank) it can be psychedelic in and of itself.

i just put the charger into the plastic knob, twist it onto the dispenser until it is right up against the needle and wont go anymore, then i grip well and twist quickly until you hear it enter the dispenser. if you hear gas escaping, twist it more.

easy as pie.
