That just means you're self-discipline isn't good enough.

Personally I try not to partake in any form of (voluntary) abstinence. I find over-indulgence to be just as bad, but at least I get the kicks of whatever that indulgence is. Then I try and moderate.

i mostly do it because i dont wanna fuck up my weighlifting tomorrow, that actually is the main reason.
cant deadlift with a hangover.
