What about color contacts? Can you still see dilated pupils with a person who is wearing color contacts? I would think the color pigment might cover it up a bit.

I have color contacts and they do cover the pupil if they're screechin'. It does obstruct your peripherils a bit though.

I've been messed up on pills/acid in front of mom and the cops before and they had no idea because my eyes are so dark they look pretty much the same whether they are dilated or not.

yea my eyes get blown up its like a hair around my pupil hahahaha it gets pretty bad, but why cover up your pupils wear it as a badge, just not in front of the police they're not down wit that shit
